If you want the scarf or the print for a specific date, feel free to write me and I will do everything I can to get it to the desired date.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email.

All prices include 25% VAT. 

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. 

COLOURS
I can not guarantee that the colours online are fully equivalent to the actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of each computer.

SECURITY
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Stripe and Paypal have access to your data. 

SHIPPING
All goods are sent from Denmark. I carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to me immediately to [email protected]

RETURNS

Please contact me, Luise Haugen (at [email protected]), before returning a product.

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in new condition. 

If the product is ruined or used, the product will not be refunded.

Make sure to include contact information. I will also need a bank account number to do the refund.

Any return charges incurred are at the responsibility of the customer.

TIPS (for scarves)

Do not machine wash, dry clean only. 

Do not iron. Hang the scarf in the bathroom while taking a bath. The steam will straighten out any creases. 

Be careful when using hairspray and perfume, they can stain your scarf. 

Be careful when wearing jewellery. 

It may get caught and tear the delicate silk.

No warranty against loose threads and small runs.
